Subway Bhaktis is Rachel Zinman and Nyck Jeanes, drawing inspiration from their NYC days (2000-2004). Rachel, a NYC yoga teacher, chanting in subways, turning mantras into musical pieces at home. In 2004 with producer Kamal Engels they began a creative journey, writing tunes, doing Kirtans, and recording chants.resulting in Sita Ram (2006), One Drop of Love (2009), and Rasa Lila (2010).
